I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering great views of Lake Michigan, but the service was quite unwelcoming initially, and the rooms could use some improvement. The dining options weren't the best value for money either. However, I appreciated the cleanliness of the property and its proximity to Navy Pier.
